IT and Web Development
I started on the technical side, building networks and websites, including six online stores for Zingerman's. It's why I read the technical layer of marketing myself, from tracking to site speed.
- 2005 to 2009
Four Years at Apple
I led a team of more than 30 specialists, then grew the store's business accounts from 300 to more than 700. It set my standard for customer experience.
- 2009 to 2020
Into Digital Marketing
I co-founded a PR and digital agency that served more than 50 clients, directed digital marketing for the Children's Cancer Association, and rebuilt paid and organic programs at LandCentral and Zapproved.
- 2021 to 2026
Jama Software
At Jama Software, a B2B software company, I ran paid search and SEO strategy on about $2M a year in paid media. Over four years, paid search opportunities grew 190%, pipeline 177% and new recurring revenue 263%, after I moved bidding from form fills to the sales stages that mattered.

Nord Luce

What the Name Means
Put the two Italian words together and you get northern light.
For as long as people have sailed, a light in the north has been the fixed point they steer by. That's the job I want to do for clients: when there's plenty of noise and plenty of advice, give you a clear direction and the reasons behind it.
The name also carries two things I care about: the sea, and Italy, where I have family and now live. The light drifting behind this site is the northern lights.
